Refund Policy
CANCELLATION
- Students must give Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools a written notice of cancelling program, by choice, prior to their start date (September 1 and February 1) - there will be a $2000 administrative fee.
- Before the program begins, and a VISA/STUDY PERMIT has/have been denied, a full refund of tuition fees will be given, minus a $500 administrative fee.
- A tuition refund will be given of one half of tuition fees if the student withdraws, by choice, within 30 calendar days of the beginning date of the school program.
- No refund of fees will be given if a student withdraws, by choice, after 30 days from the beginning date of the program in each semester (October 1st and March 1st).
DISMISSAL
- No refund of fees will be given if a student is dismissed from the International Student Program for the given semester.
- Students who seriously violate the policies of the school or the law will be returned home at his/her expense.
PERMANENT RESIDENCE/STUDY PERMIT/WORK PERMIT
- Students who become a Permanent Resident or Parent’s receive a Work Permit or a full time Study Permit (Not Language Program) before September 1, will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $3000.
- Students who become a Permanent Resident or Parent’s receive a Work Permit or a full time Study Permit (Not Language Program) before September 30 (semester 1) or February 28 (semester 2 - if they have a February 1 start date), will be refunded one quarter of tuition paid.
- Students who become a Permanent Resident or Parent’s receive a Work Permit or a full time Study Permit (Not Language Program) after September 30 (semester 1) or February 28 (semester 2 - if they have a February 1 start date), there will be no refund of tuition.
**Agent commission for first full year of tuition will be subtracted from any eligible refund, if applicable.
